Shave Ice

Hawaiian shave ice is a refreshing, cold treat made by shaving tempered blocks of ice with a blade to produce a fine, snow-like texture, then topping it with lightly sweetened fruit juice or other natural syrups.

Classic Shave Ice

Includes dairy or coconut (vegan) sweetmilk* swirl.

*Sweetened condensed milk (a.k.a. “snowcap”). Available in traditional dairy or vegan coconut, it adds creamy richness and is the classic way to top Hawaiian shave ice.

Our gelato contains no eggs or soy. Flavors with wheat or nuts are starred in the flavor list. Our sorbetto is vegan and free of soy, nuts, and gluten.

All flavors are made in a kitchen that processes wheat and nuts and may not be suitable for celiacs or those with severe allergies.
